JLE produced Coolwater Capital’s Demo Day from end to end, managing all logistics for 30 presenters and curating a full guest experience. The event featured branded touchpoints like custom hats, notebooks, and decals, plus thoughtful details including a juice cart, coffee service, and light bites. We handled all AV, run-of-show, and speaker support, along with pre-event gatherings and a post-event happy hour to encourage networking. From branding to execution, we provided everything needed to create a seamless, high-impact event.
